Would vaser liposuction work for my failed lower facelift outcome? (Photos)

Question

I had a lower face lift December 2018 to address sagging chin and neck area. Initially it looked good but it hasn't lasted and I do not have a good result. I am not keen on returning to the surgeon which was in Poland. Could I have vaser liposuction to address this. Would I end up with sagging skin. I am 54 years. Please advise.

Thank you for your question and pictures.  I frequently use Vaser Liposuction with Renuvion to the neck to create a contoured and defined L shaped neck.  This can be combined with the lower face and necklift if patients have started to lose laxity.  Alternatively, younger patients with good quality skin could have this as a singular procedure.  As you have already had the lower facelift, just having the Vaser Liposuction and Renuvion under the neck would be possible.  Please do have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.  All The Best

facetite will do very little to help you at this time. a revision surgery should be performed with internal heating like Renuvion or facetite at the same time, then morpheus treatments and Ultherapy long term to maintain the results.  please see an expert.
With significant neck sagging you would need a neck/face lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). at the same time lasers (fraxel,  co2 or erbium( or microneedling RF (fractora, intensif) can be . performed to improve the crepe skin or wrinkles.  You need a formal consultation, as the neck can be treated with a combination approach:
1. micro needling and lasers for texture
2. botox, disport or xeomin to help platysmal bands
3. intensif or fractora RF microneedling for crepe skin and lifting
4. fillers like belotero, restylane silk, juvederm volbella to improve lines and folds
5. neck/face lifting if sagging is prominent or early starting +/- platysmaplasty (muscle tightening)
6. J plasma/Renuvion, thermiRF, inmode facetite for internal tightening
7. ultherapy and thermage for external tightening
8. regular Venus legacy, exilis ultra, or inmode forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness
9. PDO novathreads or silhouette instalift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen production

The best solution for you is a combination of VASER liposuction and Renuvion scarless skin tightening that can be done under local in less than 1/2 hour. Hi and welcome to our forum!
On occasion, following a face lift, a phenomenon known as stretch-relaxation may occur if the skin was sun damaged or thin. The remaining skin may re-stretch, requiring a secondary lift.  I don't think that liposuction, even augmented lipo, will be sufficient.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
