Great question! Based on your photos I would say that you're an excellent candidate for Vaser Liposuction and likely to acheieve the V-line result you're hoping for. I would recommend having a discussion with your surgeon before surgery to outline your desired outcomes so that he/she can make it clear what is/is not achievable. 

You are a great candidate for abdominal etching and yes the V shape can be created on a canvas like your body.  These procedures require great detail and you should see a high def expert.  In addition the post op care for these procedures are extremely important, make sure you 4D expert has a post op protocol for you as well.

However results also vary based on how good your skin reacts and recovers from the treatments and how compliant you are with wearing the compression garments.

You can achieve A V line from the back by removing your lower back and flank fat. This is done from the back. You also have the opportunity to etch your abdomen so that you have a six pack but this does require mastery in VASER technology. Liposuction involves removal of fat through small pipes
(cannulas) placed under the skin under extreme vacuum after pretreatment
with an infusion of solution containing a blood vessel constrictor (to
prevent bleeding) and an anesthetic (if performed awake). Augmented liposuction
utilizes laser energy or ultrasonic energy to semiliquify the fat, making it
easier to remove and adds a subtle skin tightening effect.
In general, the experience of the surgeon is more important than
the type of instrument utilized.
I recommend you visit a board certified plastic surgeon with considerable
liposuction experience and allow him / her to use the instrument with which
