Sculptra or Renuva: which is better for filling hip dips? (Photos)

Question

I got a BBL in January of 2019 and then in September got lipo on my arms and legs to have the fat transferred to my hips. I am still not satisfied and want my hip dips to be filled in. I am not interested in getting lipo and fat transfer to fix this problem when I already Did it twice and I still have the dips. I've been seeing that hip dips can be filled in sculptra or Renuva so I wanted to know which one would give a more dramatic result.

If you absolutely have no extra fat which can be used to fill in the hip dips, I would recommend going with Sculptra rather than renuva which is more expensive and also in smaller amounts. We've been working with Sculptra since 1998 obtaining nearly permanent results in many patients even though we tell the patients that the results should last them two two six years. Sculptra procedure is easily performed under local anesthesia and allows the patients to go to work the same day as well as working out the next day in the gym. Sculptra is a good treatment option for adding volume to the buttocks and treating the "hip dip" in appropriate patients who do not want surgery. I usually start with 4-6 vials of Sculptra per session (2-3 vials per side). Plan or 3 treatment sessions spaced apart at 1 month intervals.

Thank you for posting photos of the area  I would highly recommend having Sculptra used in this area  it will take 3 treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart and I typically use two or more vials on each side to correct this area. Thanks for sharing your photos. You appear pleased with your lipocontouring and BBL. 
  
While further fat grafting to the “hip-dips” would be my first recommendation, you have deferred this. 
  
I am most acquainted with Sculptra which would further stimulate firming and filling of the “dips”. Renuva is a scaffolding to add volume to the area but lacks the history of other volumizers. Both take 3 to 12 months to see their peak results. 
  
Allow your surgical results to settle and you may not need either one. 
  
Restylane Lyft may otherwise provide your most dramatic and quickest approach.
