Answer: Pubic lift If the pubic or mons has excess skin or is sagging, then the skin is raised to reposition the pubic area. If there is too much fat, then this is removed at the same time. An overly raised pubic lift is deforming so the lift must be done correctly by an experienced surgeon. I have published on these techniques in several journals and textbooks. A vaginoplasty can be done at the same time.

Answer: Pubic Lift Usually this refers to raising the Mons Pubis --- If y ou have a fatty or saggy mons, it can be raised. I don't do vaginoplasties so I cant tell you if they can be done together.

Hello, and thank you for your question.I am seeing more and more women asking for this procedure.Essentially, when the mons area sags and appears bulgy, it can be improved with liposuction and/or surgery to lift it. Vaginoplasty is a separate procedure, which, in theory, can be done at the same time.As with most Plastic Surgery, these procedures require skill and expertise to be done appropriately.A consult with your Plastic Surgeon is a good idea. That way you give him a chance to listen to what concerns you and do a detailed assessment. The he can discuss with you what options are practical and appropriate for you.That is the best way to arm yourself with the knowledge. Without that kind of detailed knowledge, I don't believe you are fully equipped to make a decision.I wish you well.
