I'm freaking out my surgeon messed up my full Abdominoplasty. What I should say at my first post op? (photos)

Without further information it's impossible to comment. The photograph demonstrates a sizable amount of excess skin above the navel. This would be unexpected with a full abdominoplasty. It would be useful to know what type of operation you actually had.

And it is very common to need revisions after tummy tucks as patients often expect perfection when it can be quite elusive, depending on what the start point is.  Try to focus on healing and you can let your surgeon know you don't like the excess skin on top and his response should give you an idea as to whether it will diminish with time or if it may require more attention.  And get to know what the revision policy is.  Once you're past a few months, then you can get more critical of your results.

Although your concerns are understandable, you should be aware that it is MUCH too early to evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed. Keep in mind the presence of swelling and the (potentially compressive) effects of the overlying “outer wrap” on the skin, possibly causing the appearance you are  concerned about. I would suggest, at this point, that you continue to exercise patience and allow the healing process to continue.  Simply discuss your questions/concerns with your plastic surgeon in a calm fashion.
