Here in Ottawa, Canada, in cases like yours I would have you seen by an ophthalmologist (eye specialist) to determine if the brow ptosis is causing you to loose some of your field of vision. Answer: Medicaid pay for Forehead Lift Medicaid will not pay for a brow list as it does not feel that the procedure is medically necessary. You may get some coverage of an upper blepharoplasty if you meet the requirements and have proper documentation.
