I am 32 years old. I started noticing that the skin on my face is not as elastic as it used to be-the jawline and the eyes are not as defined. Also, I notice that the skin between the eyes and the temple is thinner- I can see the vertical vein through the skin on each side, which was not there before. When I hold my face with my hands on temples and push skin up, it makes me look like I am in my 20s again -defined jawline, eyes, and tighter cheeks. Is it surgically possible to get back to that?
Answer: Brow (temple) Lift From your photos you cannot determine the relationshiop between your brows and your eyes because of the black privacy box. However, I would be surprised that in your early thirties you would need a lift. Often at this age injectables can help, but you are young to require surgical correction for the issues you describe along your jawline and cheeks.

Answer: Irregular Trichophytic Forehead lift--a vertical lift. Irregular Trichophytic Forehead lift--a vertical lift is what I feel works best because the pull is straight up since the cause is gravity which is straight down--NOT to the sides. Many actresses I see have had this and it makes them look evil. See an experienced forehead lift surgeon for this. Your hairline can be lowered at the same time if it is too high.

Answer: Temporal brow lift These procedures a straight forward and can be done in the office setting. The problem is the vector of pull is more lateral than superior and your brow may not be raised to an adequate position. Combining it with a limited incision brow lift may be a better option. You are bit young though for this may be better served with minimally invasive techniques. Best wishes!

Answer: Facial rejuvenation in younger patients At 32 years old, I would advise against a facelift or even mini-facelift procedure at this time. You have excellent bone structure, strong cheek bones, and a well-defined jaw line. In your later-40s, you will likely be a great candidate for a facelift or mini-facelift. At that time, the return on investment would be worth it.Younger clients, like yourself, are generally very satisfied with non-surgical injectable rejuvenation options. You may like a cheekbone (malar) enhancement with products such as Sculptra or Voluma. Also, filling in your nasolabial fold with a dermal filler usually helps too. A little botulinim toxin around the smile lines, and corrugators would help rejuvenate your eyes and smooth your brow.Just a thought.

Answer: Question of a temple lift solving problem It is difficult to see the problem you are describing on photos posted. At a young age you may be a candidate for a very minimal lateral browlift but you need to be examined. Hopefully, after a consultation a more minimal treatment could defer any surgery for awhile.
