You are way too early in the healing phase to assess the shape and height of your buttocks. As the swelling subsides, the height and shape will change dramatically.You may consider wearing a garment that applies more pressure at the top of your buttocks to help move the fluid and enhance your shape. Check with your Plstic Surgeon before doing anything another surgeon suggests.Best of luck with your healing.Dr T

Thank you for your question! For my patients having a bbl, I recommend they stay off of their buttocks completely for the first 10 days post op, then start using the bbl pillow for the following 3 weeks. At 6 weeks post op, they have no sitting restrictions. Best of luck!
