I recently had a lower body lift and fat graft to my buttocks and I love the result, however subtle. I think I have retained about 30% of the fat taken from outer/inner thighs. I do exercise regularly but I find it difficult to gain muscle, especially now at 52. Emsculpt for buttocks (and off label thighs?) is an appealing idea to build a bit more projection under the fat, I just don't want to lose the fat that I have. Is this possible?
