11 weeks post op. Am I spitting a stitch or is it something more serious? (Photos)

It is not uncommon to have delayed healing at the 'T' junctions as this happens to be the point of least blood supply and most tension on the wound. Your would appears to be superficial and does not appear to be infected, however it would be best to see your plastic surgeon so that this can be assessed properly. 

Thanks for your question.Looking at your photos, it looks like you may have a superficial infection from a stitch. The T junction below the nipple is a common area for this to happen as it as area of maximum tension during the recovery period after an uplift procedure.  I would recommend that you make an appointment to see your plastic surgeon as there may be a buried stitch within the wound that is causing the potential infection and they will be able to remove this for you.Wishing you the best with the rest of your recovery.

This would be relatively uncommon at 11 weeks, but not unheard of.  It is almost certainly from some suture material.  Have your doctor look at it & see if they can remove anything residual & give dressing advice. Reassuringly the area doesn't look infected.  I'm sure you'll heal up without any long term consequences.  All the best
