Remove pigment stretching from ears to lip. What's the best option? (photo)

Looking at something to remove the pigment that goes from my ears, across my cheekbones and to my top lip.. also following my jawline and across my chin… leaving a stripe like appearance, I’ve had conflicting advice… wondering what the best treatment would be either laser or something else
