Question

I would like to acheive more of a laterally lifted eye, as my brows are already quite high I am not looking to elevate them higher I’m more so wanting to elevate the corners of my eyes to achieve a more positive canthal tilt or a “fox eye” It has been recommended to me by a surgeon to do a direct/sub brow lift to remove some excess skin and lift the corners of my eye up, do you think this will give me good results?

It would be very hard to imagine good result with further elevation of your very elevated, laterally arched brows? Changing the shape of the eyes (opening, aperture) to a more elongated, Asian looking, could be better achieved with lateral canthopexy/plasty. Good luck.

Hello,A canthopexy or canthoplasty can change the position of the lateral canthus ( outer corner where the upper and lower eyelids meet), and in so doing, can also change the shape of your eye. High brows and what to do? You have beautiful eyes and I would do absolutely nothing to them. I don’t think this procedure would give you what you want and would make you look unnatural. This is my 50 years of FFS surgery.

Hello, brow lift surgery is the only option to achieve the result you want. The height of the eyebrow is quite good, it is possible to achieve the more slanted look you want by working sideways.
