I would like to acheive more of a laterally lifted eye, as my brows are already quite high I am not looking to elevate them higher I’m more so wanting to elevate the corners of my eyes to achieve a more positive canthal tilt or a “fox eye” It has been recommended to me by a surgeon to do a direct/sub brow lift to remove some excess skin and lift the corners of my eye up, do you think this will give me good results?

For safety's sake, I would wait at least 6 weeks. However, for symmetry sake, I would wait at least 3 months for things to level out. You may decide you want more done than that when everything settles out.
