34 year old female looking to refresh my facial appearance. I've always had "heavy" lids and am noticing the affect more. I am looking to refresh my image and believe this would be my best course of action. Recommendations for appropriate treatments would be appreciated.

Answer: Browlift then possible upper blepharoplasty Yes, you would benefit from a browlift. Your eyebrows are too low and below the level of the orbital rim. This may take care of the upper eyelid skin. If that is not adequate then you can consider an upper blepharoplasty. However, I recommend you begin with a browlift first.

Answer: For sure, you need a brow lift since you have a sad, tired appearance, especially to your central brows! For sure, you need a brow lift since you have a sad, tired appearance, especially to your central brows Because your hairline appears slightly high, you would be best be served with an Irregular Tricophytic Browlift with or without hairline lowering slightly. This is a procedure I invented and have done more than 5000 of these, and if properly done does not leave a noticeable scar since hair grows through the incision and the roots of hair grow through this. Make sure you see results with the hair pulled back to a valuate the surgeons ability to create that type of hairline. Also, you could benefit from a trans conjunctival lower blepharoplasty to remove fat bags from your lower eyelids conservatively with the incision on the inside of the eyelids so there is no scar. See a very experienced surgeon for this.

Answer: A refresh A great combination for upper lid rejuvenation would be an upper lid blepharoplasty and endoscopic brow lift. A lateral brow lift wouldn’t be a great option because there is also some droop of the inner brow. You can consider a blepharoplasty alone which will improve the area some but what you’re grabbing between your fingers is partially brow tissue that won’t lift without addressing the brow itself.

Answer: Upper eyelid for hooding, question if biff necessary Based on your series of posted photos, I agree the hooding of the upper eyelids can be corrected by surgery. Your forehead seems to pure large and distance from the hairline to in between the eyes therefore, a forehead surgery would not be recommended since it would increase the length of your forehead. Possibly endoscopic forehead lift Would be an option. Best virtual consult with expect fees to range from $3000-$15,000. Again, best of virtual consult with.
