New acne from needle puncture sites 10 months after Botox brow lift?

Hi, I had a botox brow lift (for the first and only time) around 10 months ago and I've also had lip fillers from over a year ago. I've notices that if I look closely I can see where the holes of where the needles were punctured, is this normal? As apparently they are supposed to disappear. On my lip line and especially on where I had a lateral brow lift I get acne where the spots are under the skin. I've never had acne there before. Is this normal?
