Will a 330cc pr 360cc give me the look of 345cc implants with a small flat 10C? (photos)

My surgeon has suggested me to go 330cc moderate profile round under muscle nagor implants to give me the look i want of a 345cc. The nagor implants come in 330 or the next one up that is 360cc. If im currently a flat small C10 what size implant will give me the look of a 345cc? Im 11.5 chest so very narrow, 163cm tall and 49kgs. I want to be a size DD and dont want to look too big but also dont want to look too small. Should i go 330 or a bit bigger and go 360? Im also getting a breat lift.

Your breasts are quite saggy and you don't have a lot of tissue.  The photo you chose looks like full D to DD.  You will not look right with moderate implants.  You have too little tissue to use moderate implants.  If your base diameter is 11.5 cm and you want to be as big as possible then you should use the new highly filled implants from Allergan's inspira line.  The SRX is the extra full profile you will need however the base diameter that matches 11.5 cm is 400 cc with a 5.8 cm projection.  These implants are ideal for patients who are thin and want to be big.  They are nicely filled and have the least amount of ripple potential of any implants currently on the market.   I don't think anything in the 330-360 range will even closely match the photo you desire.

There is really no way to accurately predict what size you would like without an
examination. During your examination and consultation, you should try on some
sample sizes and see what you are comfortable with. This is an accurate
approximation of what you would get. If in doubt, go up one size from the one
you like. Then the PS can help explain with the size and current condition of
your breasts the effects of those sized implants will have on you.

If you have accomplished this step, then trust your plastic surgeons advice as
to what would be the best size for you. They have the experience. If you are
uncomfortable, go on another consultation.

if you like what you see in the mirror, my patients are ALWAYS upsized 10% to create the look in real life.  And the vast majority of my patients feels this provides them the results the visualized with the sizers in their bra.  Your bra must be unlined for this to work.  Its going to be very hard to achieve your 'dream result' but you will certainly be much closer to that after your procedure.

The short answer is: the implants that give the look of 345cc are 345cc!I am not sure why you and your surgeon are over complicating the choices trying to use a different size to mimic another, especially considering that a 15g difference would be very hardly noticeable. If you do not want to change the Nagor brand, then you may be better off going for 330cc and expect the look of 330cc, or using a different brand of implants that comes in the exact size you want.
