Can I remove my compression bra for short periods of time after having a breast augmentation with furry brazilian implants?

You should ask your surgeon for their advice as their guidelines may be different. Generally I advise patients to wear their garment 24 hours a day only removing it to shower or wash it. You may find that swelling worsens if you don't wear your garment as advised. 

It's best to ask your surgeon if you are able to remove the bra for a few hours. Usually it is not a problem, although you will want to speak with your surgeon to ensure this is ok. All the Best.

Ask your plastic surgeon. In some instances a bra is purely for support and shaping, in which case removing it periodically shouldn't be a problem. Occasionally, however, a bra can help keep an implant in place such is when the fibers along the folds are particularly lax. Since your surgeon knows the purpose, he/she can guide you.

Thank you for your question. Honestly it is best that you ask your plastic surgeon for specific advice on your follow-up care. Following Internet advice is not a good idea. That said In many practices patients are encouraged to not wear a bra for periods of time after the first week or 2 after recovery.
