My top lip looks like it was put above instead of in my lip. My cheek filler doesn't seem to line up and under my eyes look puffy and uneven?? Is this normal or has it been done badly??? Help... What I had done is attached

Hi @6a99i7c3Tr. Thank you for sharing your photos. I recommend dissolving the filler with Hyaluronidase. You do have some filler migration above the vermillion border of the upper lip and it appears that the tear trough and cheek filler was not placed correctly.

How long was the filler placed before the photos were taken? In my experience it can take 3 weeks or more in some patients for swelling to settle. If this is not the case then you can either have the product removed with hylase, or wait for the product to naturally reabsorb and diminish. Restylane Kysse only lasts about 6 months as its not a very thick product. An experienced injector will be able to place the product in the vermillion border which gives the lips naturally beautiful definition and slight curling (lip flip) without the lip looking 'ducky'.

The upper lip looks slightly overfilled at and above the border.  This should be easily corrected with hyaluronidase injections.  The cheek is harder to analyze.  There appears to be a slight gap which would correct with more filler in that area.
