Your plastic surgeon will always be your best resource when it comes to precise advice and/or reassurance. Generally speaking, I have seen breast implants “settle” even up to 6 months to one year after the procedure was performed. At this point, I would suggest continued patience and  continued massage/displacement exercises as you are doing. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with long-term.

Thank you for your question. The healing process goes in stages. You will be the most swollen the day after surgery or 2 days after surgery. After that, the swelling will begin to subside. In my opinion all of the swelling should subside by 3 months and at that point at least one of the implants will have settled but they never settle at the same time. Usually, they settle around 1 to 2 months apart. Good Luck!

Thank you for your question did photos.  I do see that you have had a significant drop of your implants in the past 15 weeks compared to your original photos.  I would anticipate that doing the exercises and procedures you are using that you will continue to drop possibly for another 6 weeks to 8 weeks.If after 6 months your implants were not placed exactly as you want him see her plastic surgeon for a simple release may be all that is required.
