I've had 1 RF microneedling treatment, 1 venus viva and 2 tixel spaced 5-7 weeks apart. My most recent treatment was Tixel one week ago, and the redness and crusting has subsided however when i look closely to my skin it appears there are tiny tiny holes/dots across my skin where the tiny scabs were.
