I have had one session of fractional microneedle radiofrequency. But the needles left a print on my face that doesn't go away. It's been 3 months and it's still there like a had it 2 days ago! Please help?

Thank you for your question. From your picture, it looks like you have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, or PIH. This is common in Asian, Mediterranean, and Black skin. It should resolve on its own. Using a bleaching cream can help.Best wishes.

I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist for skincare and after care recommendations. I always combine microneedling with prp and lasers to get the best outcomes. We do treatments every 3-6 weeks. Best, Dr. Emer
