Are there any negative effects in having Endymed Intensif RF Microneedling 2 weeks apart one another?

It’s a bit too frequent. You are not giving your skin enough time to heal. Sometimes you can develop hyperpigmentation from using it too often. The best interval is 4 weeks.

A series of EndyMed 3 Deep treatments, generally four to six, are typically required for optimal results and are usually spaced four weeks apart. Results will often become visible after the second treatment; however, the development of collagen should continue to improve skin tone, texture, and elasticity throughout and beyond the completion of the therapy.  Ask your Physician to recommend the best treatment for you.  

Endymed is a good RF micro needling device, however your scars should be treated upon the scar type. To answer your question, no negative effects, but on the contrary, no positive effects as most patients require 3-5 sessions depending on the level of scarring. I usually space these 4-6 weeks apart.
