I had three sessions of RF microneedling a few years ago and was pleased with the results. I was considering doing it again, but just saw a plastic surgeon on social media say that it can make future deep plane face and neck lifts more difficult or even impossible. I'd love to hear from more plastic surgeons who perform face and neck lifts. Would you recommend avoiding RF microneedling (and ultherapy) if I plan to get a lift in the future?
I have just turned 30 and my job requires me to be on screen. My chin/jaw area is my area of concern, what could be the best procedure for this? I am aware its subtle but from certain angles it looks dramatic when I am unaware of my posture.
The lower half of the face has gotten wider and fatter. I would like to reduce fat on top of the jaw line and in the lower face. I read that deep RF Microneedling may reduce fat at the lower face/jawline eg Agnes RF micro needling machine. I did masseter Botox How can I reduce fat in the lower face/jawline? Does anyone have any experience with whether RF microneedling on the lower face/jawline works to reduce fat and which machine is best? Will lower face fat reduction cause jowls or sagging?
Asking again as I didnt get many responses initially. I want to address my face laxity (mid-face, nasolabial folds, under eye area). Ideally, I would like to tighten up these areas so that there is less sag. Ive read about procedures related to microneedling, radiofrequency (sometimes combined) to improve collagen/elastin, that might provide moderate results. Im challenged sorting through options and do not want to lose facial fat. Would anything provide moderate results other than facelift?
I have a few keloid scarring on my back that I got after an acne treatment 10 years ago. Since then, I have had several tattoos on different areas of my body and did not get any keloids. I am considering RF microneedling with platelet rich plasma for acne scars on my face but I am not sure if it is safe.
Hello. I have premature excess/loose skin on my face. I know Im too young for any surgical procedures. But there is SO many options for Microneedling and RF I dont know what the best option is. My area offers Morpheus and pixel 8 and a couple others. What device/procedure do you think is the BEST at tightening skin without damaging or removing any facial fat. I want to keep/add as much volume as I can while also lifting/tightening
Hi...I'm thinking about using an at-home Nebulyft device and microcurrent device on my face for a fatty area near my mouth. Is it safe to do if I have metal fillings on that side of my face? I also have a tooth implant with a titanium screw on the other side of my face. Would this be a problem? Thanks! Regards.
I had 3 sessions of RF microneedling done 2 years ago. My final session I found out I was pregnant the day before (4 weeks pregnant). Esthetician said there was no problem at all with that and did the RF MN. After I had my baby I noticed my face is way different. Long, thin, saggy. Im confident RF microneedling caused fat loss in my face. Did me being 4 weeks pregnant contribute to this? I only gained 23 lbs my whole pregnancy. Is there anything to do to help? Im 35
