I was told pulse duration was fraction of a second. How many milliseconds is that? Is that long enough to improve acne scarring?

I am a light-skinned black/native American indian male of Hispanic complexion, a Fitzpatrick 4 to 5 skin type. I have some mild rolling scars and a few mild to medium atrophic acne scars on my cheeks and temples. I have no ice pick scars. I had one session of RF microneedling using the Morpheus 8 device which has a needle depth that goes as deep as 4mm. The LPN used a needle depth of 3mm on the scarred cheek areas and 2mm on the bony areas. I was told the pulse duration was a fraction of a second. How many milliseconds is that? Is that long enough to improve acne scarring? I thought that you need a pulse duration between 200 and 300 milliseconds to improve scars. Also I was told that the energy level used on the scarred areas was 30, and on the foreheadand periorbital a level of 20 was used. I'm confused by those numbers because what i'm reading online is that the energy levels of RF microneedling only range from 1 to 20, so I don't know what she means by 20 and 30. Can anyone explain this? Thank you.
