Hello. I had an open rhinoplasty 5 months ago to reduce the size of my nose. Because the swelling was going down very slowly, my surgeon injected steroids on the tip of the nose a month ago. I love how smaller and cute the new nose is but the skin is becoming a worry now as every time I smile it spreads unevenly. Is this normal?
