One side of my nose is much tighter than the other, Will this go away?

Hello and thanks for the question.  It generally takes several weeks for the acute swelling to subside after septorhinoplasty. There is still more subtle swelling that can takes months and even up to a year to full resolve.  The issues you are seeing now will likely slowly improve over the coming weeks. If they do not, I recommend discussing with your surgeon. Hope that helps and good luck.
