I am a 24-year-old woman. I am one week septoplasty/rhinoplasty. Not much swelling in my tip, only swelling in my bridge. My lip is extremely high and the left side of my nostril closer to the tip of my nose feels very tight (painful). When would I see this going away? Is this normal?
