Very likely this may be result of breast atrophy after breast feeding. However, malignancy should not be excluded; a mammogram should be your next step. Good luck.

Nothing replaces an in-person examination and review of photographs prior to, and after, your initial augmentation, but it appears with the changes associated with pregnancy that your natural breast tissue has sagged over the front of the implant and is resting a bit lower than it previously did.
