Nothing replaces an in-person examination and review of photographs prior to, and after, your initial augmentation, but it appears with the changes associated with pregnancy that your natural breast tissue has sagged over the front of the implant and is resting a bit lower than it previously did. This is referred to as a waterfall deformity or snoopy nose deformity. This can be improved upon but would require surgery with a breast lift. With pregnancy and breast feeding, your breasts were larger, but now have shrunk down some. What you see is from some excess skin that is left over. If need, go be checked to make sure nothing else, like a tumor, has developed.
