This is an excellent question. I have performed liposuction on patients during the same surgery as a robotic hysterectomy (after the hysterectomy was completed) and had excellent results. It depends on where you want the liposuction to be done. You must absolutely consult with a board certified Plastic Surgeon and let he or she decide if you are a candidate for liposuction as well as determine if you are medically fit for the procedure. Then you must also speak with your gynecologic surgeon and make sure they are ok with the procedure being done safely during their hysterectomy.
