What is the adverse effect of cavitation liposuction on systolic blood pressure?

this fluctuation in my systolic BP remained for two days .i do not have any cardiovascular disease ,but yes a mild hypertension for which i take half a tablet of lisinopril and amlodipine 5/5 once in 24hrs. is it because of that procedure.
