Fell on my butt 2 weeks after BBL, did I ruin it?

I slipped and fell on my right butt cheek 15 days after my bbl surgery. I have been very careful up until now. Although I got up very quickly I am worried that I ruined it. Is it possible to destroy the fat cells after 15 days?
