I have autoimmune components and Sculptra doesn't seem to be taking. What other options are there to restore volume in the face?

I have been diagnosed with Multiple Systemic Infectious Disease which has aged me beyond my 51 years. I am looking for something to bring back volume in my face. I cannot do Voluma due to a negative reaction in the past. I have done 2 full vials in the past 2 months and I love the results for the first couple of weeks and then it seems to deflate again. I know Sculptra takes time but I am wondering if my body just isn't producing any collagen to help this along. I would love any thoughts.
