What is the best skin tightening treatment in 2023 for loose skin on thighs and buttocks?

I would personally use the Environ Roller-CIT which offers great results and can treat loose skin/cellulite. A notable difference can already be seen with the first treatment but 3 to 5 treatments are usually recommended for the best results.
