Close up front face and profile views would have been very helpful here. What I can say is that there appears to volume loss of the lower face and some jowl formation along the jawline--both of which, in the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector can be treated quite readily with the use of appropriately robust HA fillers. As to the RF being at the root of the volume loss, it is certainly possible. As my regular followers know only too well, I am no advocate for the use of these kinds of "bells and whistles" devices, whether they are RF or fraxel laser or ultrasound. The hard science to support their use unfortunately lags woefully behind the heavy marketing hype to promote them. Sorry.
