Hello, I'm 19 years old and my chest basically looks like I taped two small traffic cones to it. I'm 5ft. 2in., 138Ibs, and a 32B. Most of my family (Siblings, Mother, Aunts, and Cousins) have a breast size near the double D's, so am I just a late bloomer or did I luck out on the gene pool? My breasts are also more pointy than round, does this mean anything?

Answer: Breast changes after age 19 Most women have reached their adult size by the age of 18. Still, that is a rather arbitrary number. Some finish growing earlier, some later. My guess is that you probably won't change much more by this point. Other things that can affect breasts are weight gain/loss, pregnancy, periods, etc. You did not provide a photo, however, based on your description, you may have an aspect of tubular breasts present. Tubular breasts tend to be more pointy than round. If you are unhappy with the size and shape of your breasts then there are options. I would suggest consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss those options.

Answer: When will puberty end? At age 19 it is unlikely to experience further breast development, although not impossible. With the exception of hormonally induced growth through birth control or pregnancy, you likely have attained your final size.
