Thanks for the question and sending over the pictures. You need to assess if you are happy with current volume or would like to go smaller. You will benefit from mastopexy and central mound pedicle with either Bellesoma or R-lift technique. these will give you upper pole fullness and better shape to your breasts. You might choose to go smaller but you might need to go too small for your frame.

Thanks for your question! Cup size is really determined by where the breast starts and stops. Plus, every design, style, brand, etc is different. My guess would be a C-D cup based on what I'm seeing and how much tissue they are taking. Good luck!

At size 32, each 100 grams removed corresponds to 1 cup size change. You would go down 4 cup sizes to a size B. You do not need much of a breast reduction but more of a breast lift. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. A reduction can be done at the same time. This technique is not covered by insurance.

Congratulations on your weight loss! You appear to be a good candidate for a breast lift with reduction. Determining your final cup size is tricky, as bra sizing can vary by manufacturer. Based on the information provided you will probably see a decrease of about 2 to 3 cup sizes. Your surgeon will help you with more specifics during an exam.

Removing that much tissue should probably take you down 2 to 2.5 cups. Some of that excess is skin. You probably will be thrilled with your new breasts.

Cup size is highly subjective. I suggest you consult with plastic surgeons in your community. Ask them to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients wet, similar oppressed characteristics to your own. Each plastic surgeon should be able to demonstrate typical results from breast reduction surgery to give you a general idea of what your outcome should look like.
There’s a lot more to this procedure than the number of grams of tissue to be removed determined before surgery.
