I’m just a few months shy of my 2 year anniversary of my breast reduction/lift and I still have some pretty noticeable pleating/bunching around the areola. I’m assuming after this long that the results I have now are the final results. Is this normal or should I look into having a revision?

From your photo and description the white areas you mentioned may be scar tissue from the previous piercing. The red bumps could be areas of hypertrophic scar formation or perhaps suture material under the skin. Follow up with your surgeon or dermatologist for further evaluation.
