We are building a house and my concern is whether I will be able to help install tile, flooring, etc. I workout currently, obviously will have down time and won't push it, but need to know if 6 weeks post-op I'll be able to help lift some stuff, install stuff, paint, etc. What are people typically lifting at this point? I know everyone is different, but on average.

Answer: On average, my patients are good to go at 6 weeks; check with your surgeon's protocol
Yes, your implants have bottomed out and give the appearance that your nipples are sitting too high. Your nipples may be in a good position once the implant position and excess skin are addressed.
Yes, you need a lift, but you can just have your implants placed behind the breast for fuller and still sagging breasts. I don't think an anchor lift is needed, but a vertical one should do well.
Just based on your photos, you would do well with just an augmentation. However, your breasts naturally sit somewhat low on your chest and will remain in that position. The base of your breasts cannot be changed.
