Got a breast lift with implant and im about 7 months out. I dont like my results. They dont look right. I followed directions to the t. But they look saggy. Nipples feel like they sit on top of the implant. If bottomed out what can i do I should approach my follow up with my surgeon?

Yes, you need a lift, but you can just have your implants placed behind the breast for fuller and still sagging breasts. I don't think an anchor lift is needed, but a vertical one should do well.
Just based on your photos, you would do well with just an augmentation. However, your breasts naturally sit somewhat low on your chest and will remain in that position. The base of your breasts cannot be changed.
A keloid may form anywhere on the breast or chest. Using scar products like Mederma or Scar Guard as soon as the stitches or tapes are removed can be very helpful.
