I am currently a 34E and I have booked my surgery for March next year . I am getting an anchor lift with implants. I am aware it's hard to tell how big my breasts will be because implants are different for everyone but I wanted an idea of what size implants to get as I only want to increase the size a little bit. I have attached photos of my chest and what I would like them to look like. What size implant do you think would be ideal and as I have more breast tissue will they feel more natural?
Answer: Breasts If you are an E, I would avoid going larger and just get a lift. You could even consider a small reduction for better long term results.

Answer: Breast reduction/lift and implant augmentation In patients with large breasts like yours, it may be better to perform breast lift/reduction first, wait for 6 months until result settles and then proseed with implant augmentation. That will give you best chance to achieve result you want. Other oprion, and it requires very experienced board certified surgeon, would be moderate breast reduction (to prevent bottoming out due to tissue descend) and placement of appropriate size implant. A lots of planning and discussion with your surgeon may be needed to achieve good, long lasting result. Good luck.

This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
