I had a recent breast augmentation in February The doctor did not listen to my request that I did not want to be bigger. I am now asymmetrical with a high profile. 415 and 385. I was 325 moderate profile . I have no choice to have surgery again because I am so unhappy. I now think I need a lift . I heard donut leave a ugly scar and not that much up lifting. Which do you think I would benefit. I need opinion before I do this again. I would like to be perky.
Answer: Lift You would do best with the vertical lift, especially if you go smaller. Although your nipples are in fairly good position, you have some breast tissue that is sagging. With your anatomy, you cannot have high perky breasts.

Answer: Do Not get a DoNut Donut lifts (circumareolar/Benelli) do very little good in the right patient, and do a whole lot of bad in the wrong patient. You have breast asymmetry, low nipple areolar complex positions, subareolar denting from implant insertion through the areola, and you want to downsize. If your surgeon doesn't recommend a full lift, go elsewhere.

Answer: Breasts lift I think your breasts look fine the way they are. I don’t see the need for the lift. You could downsize the implants if you think they are too large but I would do nothing for at least six months. Rushing into surgery again is usually a recipe for more trouble.?

Answer: Breast lift Dear Frogamber, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Breast dissatisfaction Your breasts look good now, but the nipple/areola are a little low with breast skin rotated and hanging over the implant. This may be fixed with a mastopexy. Whether it may be done with a periareolar lift or a lollipop lift would require a physical exam. Best wishes Dr Taranow
