Hi, I am 34 yrs old, weight loss has resulted in saggy breasts. I want a lift and implants to achieve a natural, full, perkier look. I really don't want the vertical scar from a general uplift. Currently a small B cup and would like to be a small D cup. Considering getting Round, Medium Profile, Subfasical Placement Silicone implants - 275cc. Do you think a Benelli (areola scar) uplift will be worth it for a lift? Also would you recommend high profile over medium Implant? Thanks!
Answer: Lift You will probably need the vertical lift because of the amount of lifting needed and to help reshape your breasts. The other lift is very limited on reshaping the breast. The profile needed is based on the size of implant you select and your measurements.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift You are borderline as to whether you need a lift. I don’t care for the benelli or donut lift. The lollipop lift works better. There’s plenty of info on the internet regarding both procedures

Answer: Breast lift Dear Lotty88, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Candidacy for Benelli lift? Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photos, I note that you demonstrate minimal breast asymmetry, there is moderate breast volume, there is loss of superior pole breast fullness, the distance from the top of the breast bone to the nipples is increased. The distance from nipple to the fold beneath the breasts appears increased. The nipples appear to reside at the level of the fold beneath the breasts and you demonstrate moderate sag. A Benelli lift will elevate the nipple areolar complex a maximum of 1.5-2 cm. Attempting more may result in pancaking of the breasts, adverse scarring with pleating of the skin, and areolar enlargement, sometimes occurring years after the procedure if the permanent suture (which maintains areolar diameter) disrupts. It appears that you require a more substantial lift. A full pattern lift will elevate the nipple areolar complexes into anatomic position on the chest wall (without the suture line tension experienced with the Benelli lift), will remove excess stretched out skin, wll increase superior breast pole fullness, will correct preoperative asymmetries, and will conify breast shape. The choice of implant profile is entirely up to you. Some patients find the high profile implants make the breasts appear too "artificial". In our practice, we mostly utilize moderate or moderate plus profile implants. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion. Best wishes...
