Do I have Synmastia? I had an uplift with 240CC mod+ Xtra mentor implants. I was recommended a small implant and didn’t want to go too large anyway. I am still waiting for my right side to drop also. I’m 29 years old, 5ft 4 and 112-114lbs roughly. These photos are months post surgery. I am due to go for a review but want a second opinion

It is possible to get you to a result closer to the photos, with larger implants and a revision breast lift. I would recommend meeting in-person with a board-certified plastic surgeon as revision breast surgery is complicated. Good luck!
Recurrent sagging is due to the quality of your skin. Sagging stretched skin does not hold well. For your next procedure, you will need an internal bra for more support, and I would suggest going somewhat smaller so there is less weight on your tissues.
