I’m 5ft7, BMI 20.5. 34C, poor elasticity, 2 ptosis, lack breast volume, sitting low in breast. Surgeon wants to remove 100cc tissue from lower pole with 375cc implant. Gives better lift & shape & prevents future drooping/waterfall deformity. Surgeon 2 says removing tissue risks rippling. Waterfall deformity affects women with dense breast tissue (not me). Larger implant risks uplift scars widening and future drooping. If implants removed hard to get good result & left w small boobs.
Answer: Breasts I would recommend doing the lift and repositioning your lower breast tissue to a higher position and keeping all the tissue for better support. I would suggest placing the implant behind the muscle for better upper breast fullness, hiding the implant edge, and better support to the implant. I do like the idea of around 270 cc's for some extra volume, but not heavy to stretch your tissue again. One thing, your breasts sit low on your chest and your breast bases cannot be raised. You will not have high perky breasts because of your anatomy.

Answer: Bellesoma Method Under no circumstances should you have tissue removed from your lower breasts. I would suggest you see another surgeon. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift In certain types of breast lifts a block of breast tissue is removed at the six o’clock portion of the breast. This is done to enable the surgeon to “cone” the breast tissue. That’s the rationale. Usually less than 100 grams

Answer: Breast lift Dear Moomoo999, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
