Thank-you for your query. Your nipples seem to be in good position although you do have significant asymmetry. You do not really need a lift but will benefit from some reduction on the heavier side with some tightening of breast tissues for your comfort. Based on your complaints and your pictures, a breast lift would likely be beneficial. A breast lift and reduction are more or less on the same spectrum of surgeries, however during a breast reduction more tissue is removed than a breast lift. A breast lift will remove a bit of tissue, even out your breasts, and allow you to possibly go without a bra at times. Based on your pictures, you would not qualify for a standard breast reduction, as you do not have a relative excess of tissue.

You're a great candidate for an awake breast lift / reduction. No general anesthesia. No implant. Thanks for your question! If you are bothered by the droop and size of your breasts, then yes, a reduction is absolutely an option! Based on your description, a breast reduction will allow you to achieve better symmetry by reducing the right breast more to even out the volumes. Reducing the breast size and tightening the skin will reduce the movement of the breasts with exercise; however, natural breasts will continue to bounce with jogging and still may strike your arm. A breast reduction (and good sports bra) will reduce that from happening but may not eliminate it completely, depending on how much smaller you want to be. I would recommend consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and get recommendations on what to expect.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You need a lift not a reduction. However you have so little breast tissue that a small implant might be helpful in addition to the lift.
