Do I need a breast lift at 20 when I haven't had kids yet? (Photos)

I think what you need is a lift with a slight reduction as well. In some young patients it wouldn’t be worth the scars but I think in your case it is a good choice because your breasts need to be lifted pretty far.

Thank you for your question.  I think you are a great candidate for a breast lift/ reduction ( if you want to be smaller).  This will allow your surgeon of choice to give you nice perky breasts.  If you want to be slightly smaller or even drastically smaller a reduction can be done.  As long as your diabetes is controlled there should be no reason why you couldn't do this procedure.  I would recommend speaking with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon so they can evaluate you, discuss your options and answer any questions.  Best of luck to you.

Based on your photos, your breasts appear to be very large and droopy. If you feel that they are too heavy for your back, you may benefit from a breast reduction. If you like the size, but want them to be perky, you are a great candidate for a breast lift. Both procedures will help restore the breasts to their natural position with a "perky" appearance.
Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who can answer your questions and go over your options in person.

There seem to be two issues with your case:  size and shape.  The size reduction and shape reduction can be achieved with a breast reduction surgery.  I would look at techniques that stand up to the effects of gravity and time.  Take some time from your work out schedule!  I think at your age you will have great long term outcomes and affects on your life!  Best Wishes!!

A breast lift would enhance your breasts. The milk of pregnancy could change your surgical results. After pregnancy, your breasts could remain the same size, slightly bigger, slightly smaller and/or droopier. And, what can happen, can change from pregnancy to pregnancy. I recommend an in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon to be measured and discuss your goals. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of former patients with similar measurements. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them.

Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you can benefit from a breast lift, a breast lift focuses primarily on breast
position and will not increase the size of your bust, that if you are happy
with the size of your breast. An in person consultation with a board
certified plastic surgeon would be best for a better evaluation to
determine options to achieve your goals.

Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for a breast lift.  This can be designed to result in an improved shape and contour of your breasts while minimizing scar appearance.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. Whether you "need" a breast lift or not is really up to whether you want to make a change or not. Before any surgery your medical doctor would need to clear you due to your diabetes. I think a breast lift with at least some reduction would give you a vastly improved youthful shape and get some of the excess heaviness off. Of course you might need a revision of your lift after you have kids. Though only time would tell. I would recommend you go for some consultations to discuss your options. Good luck.

based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from a breast lift. My preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thatsbeing brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. 
If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
