You appear to be a great candidate for a tummy tuck. hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..based on your photos, I see that you are a good candidate for a breast lift with implant, in your case ideally you are evaluated by a certified plastic surgeon in person to determine the technique and amount of cc you need to achieve the result you want.

You certainly have different options for proceeding with your mommy makeover. I do agree that a lift would be helpful. The right nipple/areola are in a reasonable position, but the left is low and downward-pointing. A lift alone could make the breasts perkier, but you might not be happy with the fullness. Implants alone could give you better fullness, but the left side would still be lower, so a combination is probably best. If you choose to have implants in addition to the lift, you can probably use a lift with less scarring. Without examining you, and with the photos not showing your tummy much below the belly button, it's difficult to determine which combination of liposuction/full tummy tuck/mini tummy tuck would work best for you. Regardless, you are absolutely correct that combining the procedures means that you only have one recovery period and possible time off work instead of two, with one surgery, and lower costs. The actual costs vary tremendously between surgeons and areas, so you might want to visit with more than one ABPS board certified plastic surgeon to determine who makes you feel comfortable and confident, and whether the prices seem appropriate.

through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look
natural and have no scars on the exterior. 
Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  A breast lift  with implants can be performed at the same
time for improved shape and contour of your breasts.  There is usually a significant discount for combining procedures.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.   Make sure you specifically
look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this
surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

As far as the breasts go you are actually a good candidate for lift alone, augmentation with implants alone, or both procedures together depending on what your aims are. Your surgeon should be able to show you typical preoperative/postoperative photos and explain the pros and cons of each approach. You can certainly benefit from a tummy tuck as well and the “good news” is that the recovery from the tummy tuck can be expected to be tough enough that you hardly notice the recovery from the breast surgery. If you do them both at once it should certainly be less expensive than as two separate procedures. Costs will depend on what exactly you choose to do and on your local market but expect to pay somewhere between 12 and 20 thousand dollars.

It appears from your photos that you are good candidate for the procedures you are considering.  There are advantages to combining them into one surgical day.  There is some cost savings, and often patients prefer one recovery versus finding time to recover twice.  Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area for a consultation.  At this meeting you can learn more about these procedures and a quote will be given based on your customized surgical plan.

The combination of liposuction with a traditional tummy tuck has become a very common procedure. It is safe to combine the two procedures mainly to address the hip, back and flank areas. This is a very effective way to extenuate the contour of the waist along with the abdominoplasty.
In general, you may be a good mommy makeover candidate if:
You are physically healthy and at a stable weight, you have realistic expectations, you are a non-smoker, you are bothered by the appearance of your abdomen and your BMI is 30 or less.
The breast augmentation can be done simultaneously, just keeping in mind that all depends on your health and labs test. Generally speaking, these types of combination surgical procedures are done routinely. In many practices, there may be cost advantages of combining procedures. However, you are wise in being concerned about the safety  and quality of outcome of combination surgery; risks/possible complications do increase with increased length of surgery… 
It is best to evaluate each patient's suitability for combination surgery on an individualized basis. During this consultation process, after a complete history and physical, the SAFETY of combining these surgical procedures becomes of paramount importance. Plastic surgeon, anesthesia provider, duration of surgery, surgery facility all important considerations. When it comes to costs of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure (quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find some average costs of surgery on this website and on individual plastic surgeons' websites as well.
 
  In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery.
