I remarried and he wanted more kids so now my former lift with implants is less than ideal. My breasts grow large during pregnancies. I went from 34DD to 36H and now they are going back to normal as I quit breastfeeding. Photos taken about 12 weeks after baby. I am hoping to have a lift and ideally want nipples to be a little lower than my last lift with assymetry correction. Do you think this is possible and what should I ask for? I will have my silicone implants exchanged as well.

Answer: Achieving the desired result requires a proper plan by the surgeon, coupled with appropriate expectations by the patient
Recurrent sagging is due to the quality of your skin. Sagging stretched skin does not hold well. For your next procedure, you will need an internal bra for more support, and I would suggest going somewhat smaller so there is less weight on your tissues.
An examination is needed to see if your fold is really lower or if one shoulder is lower. Your photo does not show your shoulders, but you do not appear to be straight. However, a lift with implants can help correct the asymmetry.
After a breast lift surgery it is common to have areola pigment left over along the vertical incision down the center of the breast. Often times to ensure incision closure, your surgeon may have some limitations to the amount of tissue that can be removed, resulting in left over pigment.
