Abnormal breast implant on Xray - what could this be?

Hello, I had a breast augmentation done in Kelowna in 2011. They turned out good however sagged a bit after kids. I had them redone in Kelowna in 2019. Unfortunately I had a few complications such as one being higher than the other. I also was supposed to get an internal bra life however it wasn’t done. I had an xray at my chiropractor a few months ago and noticed this lump that’s darker in the scan. Any idea what it could be please?
