I do have a 650cc HP silicone implants with under the muscle placement since 2020 and my implants didn't drop to where it shold be and is still sitting a little high. I'm doing a breast revision in a month, and I'm doing a bilateral capsulotomy which my surgeon had planned with 795cc Ultra HP silicone implants with under the muscle placement as well. Will my implants drop faster? Than anticipated? since I have a pocket already and being planned on creating more space this time?
