Mentor 400cc implants high & boxy at 6 months... why is this, and options to fix?

October 27, 2024

I had a breast augmentation with Mentor textured HP implants (400cc), inframammary incision, dual plane submuscular. I dislike the appearance. I feel like they are too high on my chest and they appear boxy, rather than round and smooth. I would like more volume on the lower pole of my breast to create a more natural teardrop appearance. What is your best guess as to why this happened, and what MIGHT be a good solution to fix this? (i.e. smaller implant, etc). Thank you so much.
