A "D" cup is approximately 760 cc volume - Hello I am very confused because I don’t understand how many cc I should choose to obtain a D or double D. I have a very flat chest and had 2 years ago 420cc and obtained a C cup. I am planning to have a new augmentation under muscle and I need to decide between 700 or 800 cc. I know that under the muscle I will lose between 20 and 50 cc of volume so I don’t know how many cc I have to choose to reach D or double D.

If the implants have been in place for 10 years then you have a capsule that has formed around the implant. It is unlikely that the capsule will contract, even after 2 months. You should be able to wait without any complications.
